This place was a great base for exploring the attractions in the area, the location was fantastic, and I was able to easily visit Pirate Pete's; I would definitely book here again for a weekend getaway.

The view from Harris Retreat - Donnini Apartments was absolutely stunning! I loved taking walks on the beach and being able to walk to nearby restaurants. The linens in the apartment were clean and comfortable.

The small TV with poor sound quality, making it difficult to enjoy watching anything. the windows were dirty and in need of a good cleaning, and one of them wouldn't even open.

The management company was professional and easily accessible, giving me confidence in dealing with them. the seafront location with parking and lift access was convenient, and the coastal path right on the doorstep was great for cycling. the idyllic views towards Arran were a bonus.

The attention to detail was lacking in some areas, with broken crockery, ripped chair linings, and broken cooking utensils. The mismatched cutlery and lack of consideration for dining in were disappointing.

Kids enjoyed swimming at Citadel Leisure Centre, while I put my cooking and entertaining skills to use in the modern layout. Glasgow Prestwick Airport was conveniently close. Ayr's high street shops, bars, and restaurants kept me entertained.

We even got to enjoy a beautiful sunset one evening. a perfect stay and I would definitely book again.

I recently stayed at Harris Retreat - Donnini Apartments for a few days and I had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless and in really good condition, making me feel comfortable and at home. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a full sea view of Arran, Kintyre, and Bute. I even got to witness a superb sunset one evening. The location was also ideal, being close to both the seafront and the town center, making it easy for me to explore. The spacious lounge/kitchen diner was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Moreover, the letting company was professional and accessible, giving me confidence in my dealings with them. I was extremely happy with my stay and would definitely book again.
